Delivery

Deliveries are currently being made using a courier company. Our couriers are adhering to COVID-19 strict social distancing guidelines, so will leave the goods in your nominating place, and will not be able to enter your residence or have contact with you.

We aim to deliver all our goods withing 3-4 days of your order.

Should you have any query about your delivery please contact us at info@earlswoodgsy.com and we will do our best to respond to your query within 24 hours. Please note whilst we may be able to specify a delivery day, we cannot guarantee a time slot or time of day.

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime prior to its despatch.  After this time please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

We find that most customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, however occasionally there can be a problem. If this happens we try to keep our returns process simple and fully in line with normal practice in the retail sector.

If you feel you need to return an item because it is defective or is not what you ordered you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email to info@earlswoodgsy.com. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants and plug plants cannot be returned unless they have arrived to you in poor condition or have been incorrectly supplied. In which case, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt otherwise your return will not be valid.

Gift vouchers can also not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return policy may not apply if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process, or if the goods, when returned have been used or are not complete with all components and original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – please note that it can take 2-3 days for refunds to appear in your card account.

Returning Products To Us

To return your product, you should send it to (or drop it off if lockdown restrictions allow):

You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs are refundable where the products or item is faulty or defective or has been wrongly supplied.  If you are returning the product or item because you no longer want the item, you ordered in error then the cost of posting the item pack to us will remain at your expense.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
