The ceramic stonebakes any kind of pizza, bread or cake directly on your BBQ. It is 305 x 305 x 10mm and sits directly on top of your BBQ grill. The griddle plate is 318 x 30.6 x 6mmcm diameter and sits directly on to the cooking grate of your gas or charcoal barbecue.
The griddle is ideal for foods which normally fall through the gap in the cooking grate or for unsuitable foods such as eggs.
